What is on my clown fish?

I just moved my clown fish over to a new tank yesterday and this morning i noticed it has some sort of goo growing on its under belly - more towards the from of the body. I tryed to get some pics but it was very difficult.

Please let me know if you might know what this is and a possible treatment. Its a sort of clear yellowish color.... the fish seems to be doing fone other wise...
