temp probe gone wonky

Woke up this morning and noticed the lights never turned on the tank, Only to find they AC3 reading the temp @ 119 then runiining up and down up and down. i only had this this for a month. Do the temp probs go out that fast?

Unplug the temp probe; the AC should indicate ~20 degrees. If so, then the AC3 is OK. It's possible you got a bad probe, and being only a month old, your vendor or Neptune should take care of you.... give them a call.
