I am doing a cinderblock stand for my 40 breeder. I am no good with tools, and just would like a temp stand for the time being. Weight is not a problem cause my apt is on the bottom floor and will be on concrete. My question is I have seen plans where it has Tank

and also

Any input on the would be helpful.
Im sure someone in my local club could do something but I need to change to my bigger tank sooner than later. And this is a quick stand, to do on my day off.
