Is a BTA possible with PC, yes. Is that particular setup enough, seems a little on the low side to me. BTA is about the lowest light and hardiest nem that will typically host. You may think about cutting your teeth on a Condy (which is not a good host species) or tube anemone that is pretty tolerant of poorer conditions. I have seen a BTA do well under 2 96watt PC in a 30 long. The nem may be able to take the 72 watts of lighting, but I am skeptical. Don't worry about the old WPG calcualtions, it means very little. It all really depends on the light fixture. A good retrofit with individual reflectors puts out much more light than a lot of the fixtures for sale with PC bulbs these days.

My Aquapod 24 with modified hood (120W PC) was not enough to keep my RBTA colored up and it got light pink before moving it to a MH tank. That said, I kept a BTA under 65X2 CF fixture in a 29 for over a year and it was in good health when I gave it away. It lived about 3 in from the surface though.

For a while, it will just keep getting smaller and smaller until it dies.

I kept a BTA and an LTA under PCs for a few years. Both were happy and actually grew. (Never got them to split - that happened under T5s). I had 130w (Coralife 2x65w) over a 20 high tank, nems were in the substrate at the bottom. Great coloration, never used any additives and feedings were not too heavy or frequent.
