My t5 ballast died, where to get another one?

My 2X24w slimpaq t5ho ballast just died, I got it from Dr. Fosters. It has a wiring harness with connectors. Can I just cut the wires at the ballast and feed them in to another ballasts. Where is a good place to get replacement ballast, I can't afford Icecap? How do I know if they will work with my 2X24w t5?

I've been using advance ballast for a couple of years now and really like 'em. They have push connectors so you should be fine.
