upgrading 20 to 40, do i need new power adasptor?

hello guys..


planning to upgrade my 20's to 40. i understand I need to buy a new driver kit and just >>

got it right. But do I need a new plug adaptor? I bought mine with the 220v 50-60hz model and wanted to buy online from premium aquatics which I understand, US/CAN have 110v.


so is it necessary to get a new plug adaptor? or the 20's adaptor is the same??

you need a new adaptor for the mp40w driver, the new kit mp20 to mp40 upgrade comes with everything you need, driver and a/c power.

the upgrade includes a new driver box and power supply. The power supply for the Mp20 will NOT work with the Mp40w's....

That means i can only buy the upgrade kit design for 220 vac.
