Perfect Ca level

what do you think the perfect ca level is? I am about 420. Is this good or should i make an adjustment.

Anywhere between 380 - 450 ppm calcium, which is what is recommended in this article:

Natural salt water averages around 385 ppm calcium. I have seen no research which would indicate otherwise.
