Feed to toggle

Can you use the feed option to toggle an outlet on and off (not for a set time)? I would like to turn off a pump when I go to bed and then turn it back on when I get up which is not always at the same time.

No, you cannot use Feed to do this. You could use a switch and detect the switch closure and act on it (then you could control the device based on the switch); kind of a poor-mans manual control.
