Help IDing a possible pest

I've noticed recently in my tank that I have little white bugs that kind of look like underwater centipedes. They generally hide when the lights are on, I have found them under rocks during the day and have seen them out when the lights are off. They curl up when they are trying to hide. I'm trying to get a picture but so far, I haven't been able to. Any ideas?
