Cant sustain fish

I have a 70 gal reef tank that I cant seem to sustain fish in. My water tests out good but cant get any fish to live. I have 45 lbs of live rock..approx 60 lbs of sand and a few live corals..but no fish seem to live in the environment. I have a backpack protein skimmer.. a small powerhead and a marineland 400 filter..

Any suggestions?

What fish have you added to the tank and how have they died---eg of ich, disappeared etc etc

What are the water tests for salinity, pH, temp, ammonia

how old is the tank..and "good" can be relative..please list..:)
