Ive been waiting for a response for weeks now on the email I sent about a broken vertex zeo reactor pump. Email was sent with pics on what I needed. I've even called twice since then only for you to say you don't have a response but would let me know in a few days. Can I please get a response?

Sorry but I have contacted Proline a few times now. I'm not sure why I can't get a price for this parts that you broke. They replied to us saying they were out of stock but they didn't give us a price on the parts. I do know that they are backorder on 3 liter reactors and we are waiting on a new shipment. We have the 1.5 liter reactors in stock but we are sold out of the 3 liter reactors...otherwise I could cannibalize the parts for you and order new parts. Again, sorry for the trouble.
