http://www.melevsreef.com/

go to the acrylic works and DIY section.

More information there than you will need, but it's a great place to start.

Melevsreef is always a good site. He does some amazing work with acrylic. Not to short change anyone else here too, you might want to post into the Do It Yourself forum as well. They would be happy to help! Good luck, and my only advise to you is to practice on some scrap acrylic first. Get your techniques down first and your sump will be perfect!

Do what atwin said, pratice a lot and when you do the seams make sure there are no air bubbles in there otherwise you may have a problem down the road, i've made the tanks before, i bought the acrylic at a local shop where they cut it for me, got the glue, and put it all together with wood clamps and tape, pretty easy if you get it cut to the rite size just let it dry for a while first and test fill it some where where if it is to leak its no big deal!
