lobster short season/collecting in the keys

I am interested in going to the Keys for lobster short season, but my wife doesn't want to go. Is anyone planning on going where I can come along? I can snorkel or SCUBA dive, can stay in a hotel or camp and can drive if necessary. Maybe we could collect some fish or other animals at the same time? I am 50 years old, easy to get along with and have a lot of boating and diving experience. Any interest?

LOL Just Kidding. This will probably be the first year in a LONG TIME I won't make it for mini season. Work is just too busy. I guess I can't complain too much though, I am happy to be employed!
