I will remember this if I buy anything with the name Red Sea and has a plug.

Hi everyone, many apologies for the lack of participation revently. We have been extremely busy. Please remember that while we try to respond to the forums as quickly as possible, it is not the main source of responce to customer care issues. Maost manufacturers don't spend the time on the forums that we do (I am dealing with in excess of 20 forums currently). You should always refer any warranty issues back to either your retailer, or you are welcome to contact us directly (details from www.redseafish.com) where we have dedicated customer servvice personnel. The forum activity is something the Red Sea staff do after hours as we are keen reef hobbyists, and I think you will find us more involved than other manufacturers because we really do realise the benefit.
