Hi Curt,

I see the new Apex has been released...

What do I need to purchase in order to upgrade.

I have 2 Direct Connect 8, and 2 Direct Connect 4 HD. And all the probes, an AquaSurf, and a PX 1000.

What is compatible and what needs to be replaced?

Are the existing Direct Connect 8 compatible with Apex?

What about the PX 1000? AquaSurf?

Curt has said that each of the items you listed (Including the PX1000 and AquaSurf) are compatible with the Apex. He says that backwards compatibility was a major design criteria.
