problems with my powermodule fixture.

i just received my ATI 36" powermodule fixture and the dusk/dawn setting doesnt fire the bulbs. if i plug in cord B, all 8 lamps fire up perfectly. but if i plug in cord A, the 2 bulbs flash once, and nothing happens. if i unplug it and plug it back in, it will flash, and not turn on.

anyone have any experiences with this?

I had the same experience. I was told my Greg that the wires are probably loose at the end caps or ballast. My problem is a little different as it would work one day and maybe not the next. Haven't had time to take it apart so I just unplug and plug it back in until it fires up.
