had my gen 1's upgraded to gen 2's in december '08. since then one of my driveshafts went bad and ecotech replaced it promptly. now the other one is messed up as it started making a screeching sound and the wetside separated. i tried taking the wetside apart and soaking it in vinegar, but its still doing the same. i've left messages with tech support last friday and today but havent recieved a call back and when i tried messaging from the eco-tech site the message failed. i'd really like to get this wetside fixed and order an extra wetside as i've yet to go 5 months in almost a year and a half with both vortechs working. i figured i need a spare wetside, but i can't get a response. please let me know what i need to do.... thanks
