This morning I woke up and saw my hammer and frogspawn had white cottonball looking things sticking out of them. I did parameters and saw that everything was fine and within limits. Lights are fine.

I added another powerhead to the tank yesterday which gave the coral smooth movement, and I added a Rio Nano Skimmer.

Can anyone diagnose this and give help on what I should do? The white thing broke off the Hammer and floated under the rocks.

Do you feed it? It looks like regurgitated food.

Mine did the same thing after I accidently touched the flesh, they eventually floated away also no big deal it came back from that better than ever so I wouldn't worry about it
