Will a canary blennie and an orchid dottyback get along? I am getting the dottyback on Monday.

They are similar in shape so I am not sure if the dottyback will tolerate the blenny.

I read on line the canary blennie is venomous. Is the venom fatal? tks

IME, canary blennies are fairly passive - as stated above - dottybacks can be quite aggressive - what else do you have in the tank?

The million $ question - how big is your tank?

If at least 30g and you don't have any other fish, you should (operative word) be okay

I had to get rid of my dotty for chasing things down in my 125g.

I have a 55 gallon. The dottyback is ORA and supposed to be calmer than the wild ones.

I have 2 big false percs and a yellow tail damsel, along with the regular inverts.

Are the ORA dottys still bad?
