Can I have two pseudochromis in my BC29. One has been in there for about a month and I want to add another

I would not recommend this in the end you will have one very dead fish.

so the fact that they are both semi-aggressive doesnt mean they'll be okay? like a double negativeor something?

Pseudochromis are a territorial genus that do not get along with others of its own genus. They consider another Pseudo competition for food living space mates ect...

I've read that most of the small Red Sea pseudos may coexist, but I don't know how large of a tank would be needed.

No way would I try this. Had one so mean one time it attack even large damsels in the tank. Took him back to the store. In a 29 gallon one would likely end up dead. Lesley
