my blue tang is picking on my yellow tang. PLEASE HELP ASAP

i dont unddrstand it , my blue tang used to be housed with a yellow tang anf now that i finally replaced the yellow tang that died hes picking at its fins on day 1, hour 1 to be exact=\

can you put a divider in the tank, separating them? Do you have other fish in there? You can try re arranging your rockwork.

i caught the blue tang and threw him in my fuge for now for prob a month or so till my yellow tang gets adjusted

Tangs should be added simultaneously (or both very small) - otherwise you run the risk of one killing the other.
