I'm in the process of getting a calcium reactor for my 75 gallon reef tank, I have no sump on this tank didn't have the room for one. It has the ATB hang on skimmer live rock and DSB for filtration. since I have no sump does anyone have any suggestions on how to return the effluent to the tank, can I run the return water over by the skimmer intake so that it goes into the skimmer and degases the co2 there. Also does anyone have any suggestions for a good reactor. Thanks for any advice

I find GEO reactors be the best. The 612 would probably fit well, plus you can upgrade it late if you decide to go bigger.

Setup a second chamber for the reactor effluent, and have that empty near skimmer intake.

does the effluent return need to be above the water level or does it have enough pressure to push the water up? I'll only need it go up no more than 6 to 8 inches if that.

It will push the water up without any problems. +1 On Geo reactor.
