Small frag tank help....

I have a 75 gallon rubbermade 12 inch deep vat I would like to use for a frag tank. I need to know if one 250 watt M.H. would be enough or if I need to do two....

Does it cover the full area?

well, if I raise it up high enough it does....but I don't know if that will still be enough light reaching the corals and giving me good par levels....

i have a 2' by 4' frg tank that is about 8" deep, i use one 250 se bulb with a lumen max black reflector and it does the job good, i but high light corals in the middle and lower light corals on the outer.. seems to be working great for me.

Sounds good, I was really hoping I could get away with just one fixture....and I like the pendant style so I can work around it.
