July 19th Meeting

Cool. you can count me in. Ive never been there before. Is there a play area or something where I can bring the boys, or better to leave them at home?

There isn't a play area (that I remember, but haven't been there in a bit),but there are boat docks, restaurant, band and little shops. Although it is a family atmosphere it is kind of hard to tell weather or not to bring the kids as I am debating the same (only because I'm not sure if they will be board).

It is a family sort of atmosphere. But it may not be the kind of place that you'd feel comfortable letting the kids run free. There IS some stuff for kids, but IMO it's pretty limited.

And FWIW, it's located on a dock that is as much as 20 feet off the water. Opportunities to crawl through a railing abound. Might not be an issue for many kids. Depends on the child I suppose.

Hope to see all there. We will be collecting for a group buy, discussing our opinions on the different inverts, and I have some exciting club news that I will keep in the bag till then. Remember everyone is invited to come to our meetings and be a part of our reef club, just show up, it's that easy.
