I am not sure if anyone has done this, but I took the foam/rock wall idea and made two structures out of eggcrate with various swim throughs and even PVC piping built in for eel, and after adding rock and foam than epoxy and sand it really turned out great. My problem is that after setting up tank today I have a major buoyancy issue. Anyone have any ideas for weighing this thing down, it has an eggrate base that I can put rock/sand on top of but I don't think it will be enough. I am guessing I need about 15-20 lbs to hold it down. Is lead weights out of the question? What about some granite? Thanks for any help.
