Well i got some new rock from someone exiting the hobby but theres a ton of bristle worms and other worms in some pieces... I was gonna dip the rock in high salinity water to drive them out.. How high should it be?.. Or is there a better alternative method?
why are you getting rid of the stuff in the rock.

I diped some of my rock to thin the population. I used 1.040 SG. After about a 30second soak they came crawling out.

Worms are mainly your friends and keep the rock healthy. I see no need to eliminate them as the rock sounds like it is in good shape.

They are not bad IMO, just a part of the CUC. I had a bad habbit of over feeding and that made the population explode. Since dipping the rock, thining the population, and correcting my feeding schedule; they are under control. If they get to big, they might start being a pest.
+1 for the water keeper, If its not broken dont fix it. Good Luck
