t5ho fixture ballast

I am just curious what is the best t5 ballast out there? I acquired this fixture from catalinaa 8x54watt t5 ho fixture (http://www.catalinaaquarium.com/product_info.php?cPath=71_136&products_id=1447) from a friend(present). It says the fixture contain the highest quality ballast ADVANCE.

Has anyone used this fixture and will it be enough to grow sps? My tank is a mixed 90g tank. All of my sps is on the top and growing pretty fast wit my maristar fixture. Just want to switch out due to electricty bills.

Advance is a fine balast, quality wise i would call Icecap the best but is a bit of a different animal due to overdriving the bulbs. I would go with quality bulbs though ( ATI, Giessmann, UVL) I'm not sure what kind of bulbs come with the unit
