Hi Mark, I've just been really busy at work. Not as much time as I would like for being online.

Yeah the tank is starting to fill in nicely.

Very nice! :D Those yellow coris wrasses all get along ok? I have one and never thought about doing multiples but they do add a nice splash of color. Hmmm...

Thanks for the kind word guys!! I took this tank really slow, but in the last few months it really started to take off. I had some issues when I swapped out my MH lamps a few months ago, basically some tip burning, but everything recovered fine. So far this tank has been doing very well. I don't think I have lost any corals, except one or two a year or so ago, that were due to acclimation issues (I bleached them), other than that both the corals and fish have been in great shape.

I have not had any problems with the coris wrasses. About 16 months ago I put 5 in and they are all doing well. One turned to a male and the rest seem to be all getting along.

Hi Dave,

Pretty much doing what I did with the old tank.

Basically water changes, every week or two.
I blow off the rocks once a week with a turkey baster about an hour before doing a water change.
GFO and carbon, swapped out one a month.
Clean the skimmer once a week.
Ca and alk added with kalk and a ca reactor (all top-off goes through kalk reactor).

Only additives are, Salifert AA 80ml, Kents Strontium 25ml, lugals 4 drops, Microbe Lift Special Blend 100ml, all added once a week.

I have a couple gallons of microlift SB that I haven't use them yet.
my tank is 4 month old reading 0 no3 and 0 po4 salifert.
but recently I have some brown hairly algae growth(not sure if is Bryopsis ) in my tank that I never experience before in my past tank.

Leishman Using an Aquacontroller 3

naldopr I started dosing special blend years ago for a cyno problem. Iyt helped with it, and I felt that it helped keeping N and P low so I still use it.

Some more shots, better white balance on these I think.

I think it is just the way the coenosteum looks on that coral. I hit it with a baster once a week and I have not seen any flatworms come off it.
