Yesterday I purchased a lemonpeel mimic tang, I acclimated it for 2 and a half hours. I saw him pick at some algae on the rocks a little bit.
Today when i woke up and the actinic lights came on i see he is hanging out on the sand in the back of the tang looking like he is breathing heavy. He won't swim anywhere except for when the current moves him somewhere.
He does have one really really tiny white spec on him but i don't think it's ich. I tested my water and pH is a little low at 8.0 but the ammonia, nitrates, and nitrites test out to 0ppm.
What should i do?
