48" constellation fixture

Hi,

I bought a constellation fixture brand new about 2yrs ago for a tank that i put up 6months ago (Planning ahead). Lights have been running for about 6 months and last week only the outer lights and middle lights turn on. I thought it was the bulbs that maybe blew out so switched them around and they its definietly not the bulbs...

Anything i can do to fix this as only 3 bulbs are working atm.
