Hello Roger,

I have (4) of the stream 6201 and have two in service, they have been running for about six months now but one has failed. I checked to see if it was the power supply or controller by switching the units but no dice the original unit still doesn't work. I disassembled it to see if there was any calcium deposits and there were none. What now?

Thanks Roger, I'll do that. Are you still producing the 6201's? If it needs to be replaced and there is no difference I would be happy to take one of the new 6205's as a replacement.

thanks again!
Chris

The 6201 is obsolete, we replace them with a 6205 retrofit kit, it is a full 6205 with a modified holder that works with your existing hardware, you could buy a 6205.500 and convert it to a full 6205.

Roger,

should I send the power supply and din cable?

If your power supply will run another pump we can rule that out, same with the controller. I think we only need the pump.

Got it. I'll try to send it out tomorrow.
