how do i change to bulb in the solana pendant???

i need to change the bulb in the orb fixture that comes with the solana but i can't figure out how to get to the bulb. can someone help me out? thanks!

There are little tabs that keep the glass and the bottom of the pendant set in and attached to the orb. If you look in the side through the glass, you can see that there are chains that are safeties in case it comes loose. Line those up and pull off the bottom. They stick in a little bit, because of the tabs. So don't be afraid to pull. Is this the one you bought from us last year, matt? If so, unless it moved, I don't think you have to turn the bottom at all.

i'm about to throw the light out the window. it will not move at all. it's been off for like 4 hours. i really need to change the bulb.

i finally got it off but i had to pry it off with a screw driver. this is the first problem i ever had with the light

i'm not even sure. i think so. i cut up my hand on the edge while prying it opened. at least it's gonna be a while before i have to change the bulb again.
