Is my SPS dead?

I just receive my first sps frag today through the mail and 2 of the frags that i received were white, and the other had color in it. Is that normal? will they get their color back or they are dead?

what kind of coral? are they completely white? and i would ask for my money back if 2/3 where bleached

the whole frag is bleached out or dead. first time ever receiving sps so im not too sure.

Watch it for a day or two and see if the polyps are extending. It if the frags are white and dont seem to be gaining some color back in say a week with no poly extension then I'd say they are goners. I would go ahead and contact who I bought them from and make them aware of the situation and that you are going to evaluate them for a little while to see how they react. If they dont improve over a week or so I would ask for my money back for what didn't make it. Considering also that you have good water parameters and its not your tank that also helped with their death.
