View Full Version : Order #A2676470 - Sick fish

I am really disappointed this time. I ordered 2 times in 1 week and both order I received sick fish from L.A.. At first I was disappointed by the cracked boxes, but that was not L.A.'s fault. But now I am disappointed with the quality of the fish I received. I thought L.A. has specialist to check to make sure the fish is not sick before they are shipped out. You can tell that these 2 fishes definitely has the disease before it was shipped, since there is no way it can developed in my tank in less then few hours or even during shipment. What happen here???

After putting the fish in my display tank, I started to noticed the scales. I can only added Melafix Maine to the D.T.

On order #A2676113 - I received a fish w/ pop eye and I was credited by L.A. for the dead fish.

Now on order #A2676470 - I received a fish with dropsy!!

I always receive great services and price from Drs. F & S and that's why I have been a customer for a long time, maybe over 10+ years. But this time I am really disappointed by L.A. Hopefully the next time I order from L.A. I don't receive sick or fish with killer diseases...

I am assuming it is store credit right?

The fish has passed away yesterday night. I found its body being cleaned up by my cleaning crew. I can post the photo here but I think it might be disgusting to some reviewers, so I can PM it to you if you need it.

Store credit is fine.
