Salifert can test pretty low range, how accurate it is I'm not sure...I like it.

Elos has reading measurements of 0, 1, 2.5, 5, 10, and 25. But it does stop at 25.

The LaMotte SL-NCR 3319 Nitrate test kit scale is expanded starting at 0, 0.25, 0.5, then switches to 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.
In my opinion one of the best I have used. THe kit costs around $60.00 but once you have the initial one, you can get refills at around $20.00 for 50 tests.
