Coralvue lumen bright 3 reflector

I have two sockets already wired and hooked up to a ballast and i was wondering if i could use my sockets and just slide those into the tracks that the reflectors have? Messing with re wiring stuff scares me ha.

you can try, if they fit then use them i have one and simple rewiring with a little luck could go a long way
