we just had a storm which knocked out power, one casualty was a koralia #4. its totally dead
the tank is 220 gallons, on the other side i have another koralia #4 that is fine and unharmed
can my tank survive three days without that one pump?
i know the corals usually get mad when i change the direction of flow, but would they be ok if just one of their sides are out? the corals on that side are now basically in semi still water.
or should i rush out tomorrow and replace it?
id like to hold out until monday if possible, the store is 45 mins away

It will be fine. Maybe move the other pump to the center.

As long as your corals are healthy Three days should not be to bad, but if possible why don't you move the current k#4 from one side to the other every 6 hours or so.

yeah i dont think moving the other koralia is a good idea because its been there for two years and is "encrusted" in its spot lol
im surprised that one didnt fail as well

IMO the corals won't love you for it but they'll be ok.

as long as you have some water movement then you should be ok, good luck

I think it would be OK for a few days. But if you have nothing major to do tomorrow I would probably get a new one if it was me.
