I am looking to propagate my Acans onto large frag discs. Does anyone know where I might find some four to six inch discs? Or how about some advice on making my own? Thanks.

White ceramic tiles work fine. Use the rough side.

Thanks, a quick solution. Would like something round though.

So knock the corners off with a tile nipper. :)

It's a bit of a spendy solution, but I use holdfast epoxy to make large propogation plates. I use wax paper, and flatten then to a thin sheet with a roller and let them harden overnight, before removing the wax paper. Then soak them in RO/DI with carbon for like week, to remove any chemicals that might cause my skimmer to freak out.

talk to anyone who deals with alternative reef (gooch)

He has commercial propagation plates that can be special ordered through a vendor.

they are 4" round plates, and maybe 1/8" thick.

You may need to get a couple people in on them with you, as when I got some the total order was for 200 of them.
