My clown laid eggs on the rock that my RBTA is on. They constantly dote over them by fanning them and gently mouthing them. Is there any easy way to try to save them from being food for the other fish in my tank??

You can either remove the eggs just before hatching or the night they hatch you can use a small flash light to attract them and use a bowl to gently scoop them up. The first food is live rotifers. Honestly forget try right now till you do some research. If you did not know what I posted above you are not ready to try yet.
It is awsum they are spawning but do some research first because they will most likely do this now like clock work if not disturbed or you change something and you will have many more times to try. Buy Joyce D. Wilkerson book clownfish. It is the breeders hand book for clownfish. It has everything you need to know.

Thanks guys for the info. I'm not ready to try this yet but I was wondering if it is possible to have any survive if I get one of those mesh breeder enclosures that my mom used when I was a kid for fresh water fish. You know, those rectangle things that hang in your tank?

I think they will still have a chance to swim out of those holes. They need to be in a breeder tank for their best chance of survival.
