Aquatec 8800 Booster "Kit

Hello - I'm just making sure I connect and use my new booster kit correctly. Currently I do not have a top off system - I manually turn the water on to the ro/di system and manually shut it off when I'm done making water.

Are the following statements correct?

1. connect the booster pump between my 1st and 2nd filter?, (the first filter being a 5 micron).

2. connect the power supply to the pump.

3. for operation - Turn on the water to the RO/DI system and plug in the power cord for the booster pump - When finished making water - unplug the booster pump's power and turn off water to the RO/DI system.

4.. I should NOT use the auto shut-off switch that came with the kit because I'm still manually controlling the water.

1)if you have the ability to add the booster pump after the sediment filter then yes.
