pvc glue?

I need to move my sump over a little bit in my stand to fit my calcium reactor and there for need to redo my plumbing. My question is, I need to glue all the new pvc together and wondered if the glue will harm the tank at all. Do i need to let it dry for a few days before I let water flow through it again or am I okay to just let er rip after I am done glueing?

I mean will it harm the corals? fish? etc...

Ive used it in as little as 15 minutes due to urgency- buy I would give it a good couple hours before using it and you'll be fine.
