Never looked at the list of reputable dealers, but I did find this interesting.

Awesome. I worked with a guy that tried to order a camera from a place like those. Unbelievable price, then they called him and told him he needed to buy all sorts of stuff. He refused, and told them he wanted to cancel his order...and the guy on the phone got very threatening, started talking about how they had his address, and they knew where he lived (mind you, this is in Arizona, and the company was somewhere in NY :rolleyes: ). He ended up getting the order canceled through his CC company, but what a mess.

I'm originally from NY and usually just use B&H. I "thought" I found a repuatable dealer and man did we but heads on the phone. In the end he gave up, but I do believe it was after me talking to my CC company and threats of the BBB and such. Really torqued my blood pressure though!

I always check with www.resellerratings.com before making any purchase with a company I haven't heard of online.
