water flow

I have a 55 gallon reef tank with 2 koralia 4's. do you think this is too much flow? my return is rated for 1000 gph but it is turned down quite a bit. Also where would you put the power heads? right now I have one on the the front left corner and one in the back right corner. everything seems to be doing ok in the tank. there isn't any sandstorms or corals getting blown around either. any input would be appreciated

They should be ok; the standard answer is depending on what you want to keep. But in a tank that size, you could do pretty well with just about anything short of higher-flow demanding sps.

If you haven't already, I'd try to aim them at each other from either side to create as much random flow as possible.
