I usually do not go public with my problem but this seems to be the last draw. This issue has not been resolve for over a month and all I get is alot of "sorry" but no reasonable explanation.

I am very frustrated with the customer service. I was on waiting list for Meulleri for ~ 4 mos. When it came in I purchased it but I put it on hold because the customer service told me I could put it on hold for 15 days if I want to add something else. At this point, I thought the fish was mine. When I called back to have it shipped they said it will ship in the next day. For some reason my credit card did not go through so I gave my debit card to fund it . At that point they said it would ship out Monday and I would receive it Tues. 23rd. On Tues. I got a email saying order cannot be filled because there is no Muelleri. They said if they did not charge my credit card then the fish is not mine.

They extended my order, and I do not know what that means. I just said "OK, Thanks". When I checked my credit card, and there is a charge on my card for $214 on 06/22/09 for the suppose Mulleri that was should have shipped out to me but instead I got no fish.

My extended order has been cancelled by LA last week, but there is a pending sale charge on my credit card for over 2 weeks. Credit is hard to come by these days, especially when you are out of credit.

Please resolve this soon. Thanks
