How does one deal with vermitids?

I have these in my sump and in my overflow. They are now showing up attached to corals. A big one is on my frogspawn and they are on my live rock. I have watched them feed by throwing out the snot ball and realing it back in. Are they here to stay? What will eat these? They have a calcareous tube.

I just got rid of these and you can find my post in the LPS section because they were all over my frogspawn.

If you have bone cutters or anything of the sort you can cut them off, but make sure you get the worm in the bottom of the shell.

If they aren't in a spot where they take away from the look of an area they are at you can use the super glue method stated by Rick.
