I just wanted to come say that I recently sent in my pump for repair and since I had put sand in the tank was not going to be using the pump any longer.

I received the pump back from Ecotech and only took it out of the bubble wrap they shipped it back to me in to take pictures to post in the for sale thread.

I sold the pump and shipped it out to the buyer only to have him e-mail me that the pump is not working. So I called Ecotech and Steve basically said No problem just have him send us the pump and well fix it because you just had service done to it.

Now THAT'S customer service. Thankyou.

I would say they offer excellent service also. My MP40W propellor kept coming undone. Boxed it up and sent it to them about eight days later got it back with new propellor, bearing, shaft. Put it on my tank squealed just a little bit took it out tightened the nut a little and all is good.

Very good service! Worth the price.
