Stressed out Wrasse

I just put a 6 line wrasse into my quarantine tank. He seems very stressed out. He is hiding in a corner and not moving. I drip aclimated him before putting him in. He was eating in the store. I added stress zyme after putting him in. The filter is seeded.

PH - 7.9
SG: 1.23

Ammonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - 20

Anything I can do for him?

How do I raise my PH without adding salt? As you can see above, its low.

I do happen to have some cichlid buffer left over. Can I use it for this tank?

Sometimes it takes any fish a little while to warm up. I've owned 2 six lines, and i've noticed that when I was acclimating both of mine they would spend a little time just laying on the bottom of the bucket. He's probably ok, just keep an eye out. That's what quarantine is for.
