What is the general opinion on these little guys? From what I read they can be kept in groups and tend to stay under 3". Do they constantly make sand storms?
Thinking about adding a pair to my 80 gallon.
Any opinions would be great.

I've never had one, but from what I've read they do better in pairs or small groups. It is a sand sifting goby, so I'd expect they would get sand on some of your lower corals but I'm not sure it would amount to a 'sand storm'.

Do make sure to introduce multiples at the same time though.

What else is in your 80gal? If just what's in your sig you should be fine to add a pair of these cute guys. :)

I have a wheeler's and a orange spotted goby ( they hang together) and they do not create any problems with my sand, in fact I have only seen my orange spot sift sand one time. My clowns that like to fan the sand is a different story.
