Anyone run 2 skimmers?

Would it be better to run 2 skimmers or one big one?

I run 2....could I run 1 big one...yes, if I had the room....
Is it easier to run one...yes

If you have 2 skimmers taking in water from 2 different locations in the sump overflow area then it seems like it would be better. I mean some water gets passed only running a single right?

I run two skimmers, and love it. The biggest benefit is you can set them up different. One can skim a little wet, the other a little dryer.
