I placed an order with them last week(7/9/09) for Saturday delivery, order was over $150(split with another local person) so shipping was free and we just paid the $15 for Saturday. I am really happy with all the fish and inverts that arrived. They processed my order quickly so it could be shipped for Saturday delivery. I called ahead to confirm they had what I wanted in stock, they did. At check out I asked that I be called if anything was not available. They called to say that in the past two days they lost track of one of the fish I wanted, a clown goby, understandable with their tiny size. Just got an e mail this morning from google payment that they are processing the refund for the unavailable item. Today is the next business day, not bad. Also, many of their fish have really good prices, the sunburst anthills was almost half the price of many other places. Look forward to ordering again.
PS: I saw the other post asking if they were open, I think they are open and in the process of setting up/moving to a new facility which they said is even closer to the UPS Depot so they said that means the orders will be packed and picked up even later, less time in the bag. As it is now the box was not picked up until around 7pm, I had it the next day around 11am.
